The Lead Single
The era opens with an unmistakably pop lead single, rooted in usual sonic identity. The single is casino—themed, although the era isn’t. Titled “how to win me back”, the track positions Tate not as the prize, but as the game itself. Because sometimes, the chase is more exciting than the win.

Step 2: The game users have to play is… Tate-Tac-Toe! (online)
Step 3: In a live match, competing against an unknown opponent live, whoever spells it first…
The promotional shoot makes one thing clear: this isn’t a casino era — it’s a game era. Tate is photographed in and around the nets of basketball, volleyball, soccer and hockey courts, bringing a distinctly feminine energy into the traditionally male-coded visual language of sport and competition. Women’s underwear scattered across the nets pushes that contrast even further, turning the arena into her own world and positioning Tate as the player, the game, and the prize.
Bonus: here lies the opportunity for collaboration with sportswear brand.

The Creative Direction
As Tate McRae steps into a new tier of stardom, her fourth studio album’s direction puts at the center the one element every pop icon owns outright: her name. Built on the visual language of grids, nets, and solved patterns, the art direction turns Tate into both player and prize, her name the unmistakable mark of a pop star coming fully into her own.
Tate McRae’s social channels begin teasing the lead single through a series of branded “T” game cards, each revealing fragments of the song’s lyrics. Tate’s name becomes a recurring signature across every creative touchpoint of the era.

Step 4: …unlocks a signature “T” card with a lyric snippet.
It comes as no surprise that the title I would suggest for this album cycle is simply… “TATE”. But with the quotation marks on.

Fans are invited to throw clothes they no longer want into a 4×4 suspended installation surrounded by campaign imagery and tour memories. The garments become part of the visual world before being donated to charity.
